H2NVAC is a multi-epitope T helper cell-activating peptide vaccine composed of four immunogenic epitopes derived from the tumor-associated antigen human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2). It is designed to stimulate specialized white blood cells, thereby increasing immune response and providing protection against breast cancer. The vaccine is admixed with GM-CSF as an adjuvant. Clinical trials have shown that H2NVAC generates robust, long-lasting T and B cell immune responses. Its primary indication is for the treatment of HER2-expressing ductal carcinoma in situ and residual disease after neoadjuvant chemotherapy in HER2-positive breast cancer[1][3][4][5].
