Murine PDL1 antibody (also referred to as anti-mouse PD-L1 antibody) is a research-use-only monoclonal antibody designed to target and block murine programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 (PD-L1, CD274). In preclinical research, humanized or fully human anti-PD-L1 antibodies (such as atezolizumab) often lack cross-reactivity with mouse PD-L1 or trigger immunogenic responses in immunocompetent mice. Therefore, surrogate murine PD-L1 antibodies (such as clones 10F.9G2 or MIH6) are widely utilized in syngeneic mouse models to investigate the therapeutic efficacy, mechanism of action, and synergistic potential of PD-1/PD-L1 pathway blockade in combination with other oncology treatments.
