muS110

muS110 is a murine surrogate bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) antibody construct designed for preclinical research. It is the murine-specific analog of solitomab (MT110/AMG 110), a human EpCAM/CD3-bispecific BiTE. muS110 simultaneously binds to murine EpCAM (CD326) on tumor cells and murine CD3 on T cells, facilitating the formation of an immunological synapse that leads to T-cell mediated lysis of EpCAM-expressing cancer cells. In preclinical studies, muS110 has demonstrated significant antitumor activity in syngeneic mouse models, including 4T1 orthotopic breast cancer and CT-26 lung cancer, at doses as low as 5 μg/kg. It serves as a critical tool for evaluating the efficacy and safety of EpCAM-targeted BiTE therapies in immunocompetent mouse models.
