Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MUTTA ADC is a next-generation antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed using Aarvik Therapeutics' proprietary MUlti-epitope Targeting Tetravalent Antibody (MUTTA™) platform. This platform engineers tetravalent antibodies designed to target multiple epitopes or antigens simultaneously, utilizing an "OR-gate" logic to address common ADC limitations such as antigen escape, low target density, and tumor heterogeneity. By binding to multiple targets or epitopes, MUTTA ADCs exhibit superior internalization and cellular potency compared to traditional monospecific ADCs. The platform has been validated using established targets like HER2 and EGFR, demonstrating the ability to block downstream signaling (e.g., ERK phosphorylation) and maintain favorable IgG-like pharmacokinetic properties. It is being applied to a variety of solid tumors, including breast, lung, and pancreatic cancers.
