MV-014-212

**MV-014-212** is an investigational, adjuvant-free intranasal live-attenuated recombinant viral-vector vaccine developed by Meissa Vaccines for prevention of COVID-19. The vaccine uses an attenuated human respiratory syncytial virus vector in which the RSV F and G surface glycoproteins are replaced by a chimeric SARS-CoV-2 spike glycoprotein, making spike the vector's only viral envelope protein. Intranasal administration is intended to induce SARS-CoV-2 spike-specific mucosal immunity, including nasal immunoglobulin A responses, alongside systemic immune responses.
