Overview

mV002 is an investigational multi-target mRNA vaccine developed by the Second Affiliated Hospital, School of Medicine, Zhejiang University for the treatment of recurrent or progressive high-grade glioma. The vaccine is designed to encode seven specific glioma-associated mutations: H3.3K27M, H3.1K27M, H3.3G34R, BRAF V600E, PIK3CA H1047R, IDH1 R132H, and EGFRvIII. By introducing these mRNA sequences, mV002 aims to stimulate the patient's immune system to recognize and attack tumor cells expressing these specific oncogenic drivers. It is currently being evaluated in an exploratory Phase I clinical trial to assess its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy in patients whose tumors harbor these mutations.
