Overview

MV377 is a preclinical-stage camelid single-domain antibody (sdAb), also known as a nanobody, developed by MimiVax. It is designed to target survivin (BIRC5), a member of the inhibitor of apoptosis (IAP) protein family that is highly expressed in many cancers but absent in most normal adult tissues. By binding to survivin, MV377 aims to inhibit its anti-apoptotic and mitotic functions, thereby promoting cancer cell death and inhibiting tumor growth.
