Overview
MVBSC-26 is a preclinical-stage drug delivery system consisting of a micro-needle patch loaded with BSC-1300, a small molecule inhibitor of receptor-interacting serine/threonine-protein kinase 1 (RIPK1). Developed by BiSiChem, the program is designed for the topical treatment of psoriasis. By delivering the RIPK1 inhibitor directly to the skin via a micro-needle patch, MVBSC-26 aims to suppress necroptosis and downstream inflammatory pathways locally, providing a targeted and minimally invasive therapeutic option for psoriasis patients.
