Overview

MVP-106 is a preclinical-stage blood-brain barrier (BBB) shuttle developed by Multiverse Pharma. It is engineered to target the insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor (IGF-1R) to facilitate the transport of therapeutic payloads across the BBB via receptor-mediated transcytosis. This technology is intended to enable the delivery of drugs that are otherwise unable to penetrate the central nervous system, potentially addressing a wide range of neurological and neurodegenerative conditions.
