**MVR-T7** is an investigational series of oncolytic herpes simplex viruses (oHSVs) developed by ImmVira as a "CAR-T enabler" for solid tumors. It uses genetically engineered oHSV vectors to express tumor-associated antigens such as CD19/BCMA, CD19/Trop-2, or CD19/HER2 on the surface of solid tumor cells (e.g., MVR-T7011, MVR-T7012, MVR-T7013), converting them into targets for existing CAR-T therapies proven in hematologic malignancies. The viruses also deliver chemokines like CCL5 to enhance T-cell infiltration, PD-1 antibodies, and IL-12 to promote IFN-γ secretion and anti-tumor immunity. In addition to facilitating CAR-T, it induces oncolysis to loosen tumor stroma, improving immune cell penetration, and is designed for compatibility with CAR-NK, ADCs, and BiTEs. Preclinical data show robust anti-tumor activity in combination with CAR-T without compromising CAR-T viability; pilot-scale manufacturing for MVR-T7011 is complete, supporting IND preparations.[3][5][6][8][10]
