MVT-2401 is a rationally designed, defined bacterial consortium being developed by Microviable Therapeutics as a microbial immunotherapy to enhance the efficacy of immune checkpoint inhibitors in solid tumors. It comprises 12 proprietary commensal strains selected bioinformatically and validated in vitro for immuno-oncology–relevant traits, with the aim of modulating the gut microbiome and systemic antitumor immunity to potentiate responses to anti‑PD‑1 and CTLA‑4 therapies.[1]
