Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MVX-200 is a series of conditionally activated small molecule drug conjugates (CA-SMDCs) being developed by MaveriX Oncology. These compounds are designed to deliver a Toll-like receptor 7/8 (TLR7/8) agonist payload specifically to the tumor microenvironment. By utilizing a conditional activation mechanism, the drug aims to stimulate innate immune signaling within tumors while minimizing systemic toxicity typically associated with TLR agonists. The program is currently in the discovery stage for the treatment of undisclosed cancers.
