Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MVX-505 is a conditionally activated small-molecule drug conjugate (CA-SMDC) developed by MaveriX Oncology for the treatment of multiple solid tumors. It is designed to selectively deliver a nucleoside phosphate or nucleoside analog cytotoxic payload within the tumor microenvironment, aiming to maximize therapeutic efficacy while minimizing systemic toxicity. The drug is administered intravenously on a weekly schedule. As of early 2025, MVX-505 is entering Phase 1a dose-escalation clinical trials to evaluate its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy in patients with advanced solid tumors.
