Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MVX-600 is a conditionally activated small molecule drug conjugate (CA-SMDC) being developed by MaveriX Oncology. It is designed to selectively deliver a nucleotide or nucleoside analog cytotoxic payload directly to tumor cells, minimizing systemic toxicity. The "conditionally activated" nature of the platform relies on the unique biochemical environment of the tumor microenvironment to trigger the release of the active drug. MVX-600 is currently in the IND-enabling/preclinical stage, with a primary focus on treating metastatic cancers, particularly metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC).
