MW01

MW01 is an investigational small interfering RNA (siRNA) therapeutic being developed by Moonwalk Biosciences for the treatment of obesity. As the lead asset in the company's pipeline, MW01 is designed to modulate adipose tissue metabolism by regulating lipolysis and lipid droplet dynamics. The program is currently in the IND-enabling stage of development, with pharmacodynamic data from non-human primate (NHP) studies expected in the first quarter of 2027. Moonwalk Biosciences utilizes a proprietary epigenetic discovery platform to identify novel therapeutic targets, and MW01 represents their most advanced application of this approach in the metabolic disease space.
