Overview

MW11 is a recombinant humanized anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody developed for injection in patients with advanced solid tumors. It functions as an immune checkpoint inhibitor by targeting the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor, thereby enhancing the immune system's ability to recognize and attack tumor cells. The drug is being evaluated for its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, and anti-tumor efficacy in a phase Ia clinical trial involving dose escalation in patients with advanced solid tumors. Administration is intravenous every three weeks (Q3W), with dosing adjusted based on pharmacokinetic data and safety outcomes[2][1][8].
