MY-004

MY-004 (also known as MY 004567) is an orally administered small molecule inhibitor targeting interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 4 (IRAK4). It is under development for the treatment of several inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis (eczema), IgA nephropathy, and systemic lupus erythematosus. The drug is currently in Phase II clinical trials for these indications. By inhibiting IRAK4—a key signaling node in both the IL-1 family and Toll-like receptor pathways—MY-004 aims to reduce inflammation by blocking upstream immune responses that lead to the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as TNFα and IL-6. The drug was originally developed by Shanghai Meiyue Biotechnology Development and is being further developed by Wuhan Createrna Science and Technology[1][2][3][5].
