MY006

MY006 is a first-in-class, half-life extended trispecific monoclonal antibody developed as a passive immunotherapy for the treatment of peanut allergy. It is designed to provide continuous protection from allergic reactions due to peanut exposure with only a few subcutaneous injections per year. The antibody targets multiple allergenic epitopes on peanut proteins, aiming to neutralize them and prevent IgE-mediated allergic responses. Developed by Mabylon AG, a Swiss biotech company spun out from the University of Zurich and University Hospital Zurich, MY006 leverages naturally occurring human antibodies for its therapeutic effect. The program has received support through collaborations with Pfizer (via Pfizer Ignite) and funding from European research initiatives[2][4][5][6].
