Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MyCART is an investigational autologous chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy developed by MicroCrispr. It is designed to treat B-cell malignancies, such as B-cell lymphoma and leukemia, by engineering a patient's own T cells to identify and destroy cancerous B cells. The program is currently in the preclinical development phase and utilizes MicroCrispr's proprietary cell engineering platform to create personalized living therapeutics for hematologic cancers. By modifying T cells to express a CAR specific to B-cell antigens, MyCART enables the patient's immune system to recognize and eliminate malignant cells.
