Overview
Mychitol Plus is a dietary supplement developed and marketed by AGP in Pakistan, formulated specifically to support women's reproductive health, manage symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and improve fertility. It is a fixed-dose combination containing myo-inositol, D-chiro-inositol, L-methylfolate, and manganese. The combination of myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol in a physiological 40:1 ratio helps restore insulin sensitivity, regulate the menstrual cycle, and promote healthy ovulation. L-methylfolate provides a highly bioactive form of folate to support cell division and prevent neural tube defects during early pregnancy, while manganese acts as an essential cofactor for antioxidant defense. Mychitol Plus is supplied as oral sachets to be dissolved in water.
