Overview
MyHep All is a fixed-dose combination tablet containing sofosbuvir (400 mg) and velpatasvir (100 mg), which is a licensed generic version of Epclusa. It is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection across all genotypes (1 to 6), with or without compensated cirrhosis. Sofosbuvir is a nucleotide analog that acts as an inhibitor of the HCV NS5B RNA-dependent RNA polymerase, which is essential for viral replication. Velpatasvir is a direct-acting antiviral agent that targets the HCV NS5A protein, disrupting viral replication and assembly. MyHep All is administered orally once daily.
