Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MYJ1633-BCS is an autologous natural killer (NK) cell therapy developed by Immunisbio for the treatment of HER2-positive breast cancer. The therapy involves the ex vivo expansion and activation of a patient's own NK cells, which are then re-infused to target and eliminate tumor cells expressing the Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2). MYJ1633-BCS has been evaluated in Phase 1/2a clinical trials, often in combination with other therapeutic agents, to enhance anti-tumor efficacy in patients with advanced or metastatic HER2-positive breast cancer.
