Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MYJ1633-SCSa is an autologous natural killer (NK) cell therapy developed by IMMUNISBIO for the treatment of peritoneal metastasis in gastrointestinal cancer. The therapy utilizes the patient's own NK cells, which are expanded and activated ex vivo to enhance their cytotoxic potential against malignant cells. MYJ1633-SCSa is administered via intraperitoneal (IP) injection, a route designed to deliver the therapeutic cells directly into the peritoneal cavity where the metastatic lesions reside, potentially overcoming the limitations of systemic delivery. A Phase 1/2a clinical trial investigating the safety and efficacy of MYJ1633-SCSa monotherapy commenced in the first quarter of 2024.
