Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**MYNFLU001** is an investigational, adjuvanted quadrivalent recombinant influenza protein-subunit vaccine developed by Mynvax for prevention of seasonal influenza. The vaccine contains recombinant hemagglutinin derivatives from World Health Organization-recommended seasonal influenza strains and is produced in insect cells. It is intended to induce protective immune responses against influenza hemagglutinin, the major viral surface glycoprotein responsible for host-cell attachment and membrane fusion. MYNFLU001 has entered Phase 1 clinical development, including a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study in healthy adults. ([mynvax.com](https://www.mynvax.com/influenza.html))
