Overview
myoinositol + alpha lipoic acid + folic acid + SelectSIEVE is a multi-ingredient nutraceutical formulation designed to address metabolic and hormonal imbalances. The combination includes **myoinositol**, an insulin-sensitizing agent that acts as a second messenger for insulin; **alpha-lipoic acid**, a potent antioxidant and essential cofactor for mitochondrial enzymes like pyruvate dehydrogenase; **folic acid**, a B-vitamin critical for one-carbon metabolism and DNA synthesis; and **SelectSIEVE® Apple**, a proprietary polyphenol-rich extract from *Malus domestica* that modulates glucose absorption by inhibiting intestinal transporters. This formulation is primarily used to improve insulin sensitivity, reduce oxidative stress, and manage conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and metabolic syndrome. Clinical research has also demonstrated its potential to improve body composition, insulin resistance, and testosterone production in men with metabolic hypogonadism.
