Myrecil is a patented, plant stem cell-derived bioactive ingredient developed by WEIR Science Ltd for the treatment of genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM). As a biotechnology-derived botanical compound, it is utilized as the key active component in both oral supplements and topical cream formulations designed to alleviate symptoms such as vaginal dryness, burning, itching, and dyspareunia. Myrecil is currently being evaluated in a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial in New Zealand to establish its efficacy and safety as a non-hormonal therapeutic option or adjunct to hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
