MyVaccx is an experimental personalized immunotherapy regimen developed by Dr. Gary Onik for the treatment of various adenocarcinomas, including prostate and pancreatic cancers. The protocol employs a multi-modal approach designed to create an *in situ* tumor vaccine. It begins with cryosurgical ablation of a portion of the tumor to induce cell death and release tumor-specific antigens. This is immediately followed by the intratumoral injection of two checkpoint inhibitors, ipilimumab (Yervoy) and pembrolizumab (Keytruda), to counteract local immune suppression. The regimen is completed with a two-month course of systemic sargramostim (Leukine), a recombinant granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF), to stimulate and amplify the systemic immune response against the released antigens.
