Myxodin (also spelled Mixodin) is a natural, bioactive dietary supplement formulated to reduce joint pain and inflammation, protect cells from oxidative stress, and support liver health. Developed by Arian Salamat Sina under license from Holistica (France), Myxodin is a synergistic combination of three plant-derived active ingredients: curcumin (from turmeric, *Curcuma longa*), gingerol (from ginger, *Zingiber officinale*), and piperine (from black pepper, *Piper nigrum*). Curcumin and gingerol act as potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant agents by inhibiting inflammatory pathways such as NF-kB and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2). Piperine acts as a bioenhancer, significantly increasing the oral bioavailability of curcumin by inhibiting hepatic and intestinal glucuronidation. Myxodin is commonly used as a supportive therapy for osteoarthritis, joint stiffness, and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).
