Overview

MZ-302 is a specific inhibitor of Apolipoprotein-L1 (APOL1). It has been shown to reverse the activation, proliferation, and central memory (Tcm) expansion of G1-BAC-Tg-CD8+T-cells after ex-vivo T-cell receptor (TCR) stimulation. This action suggests its potential in modulating T-cell intrinsic mechanisms associated with APOL1 exonic variants, which are linked to kidney rejection.
