N-(2-aminoethyl)-5-chloroisoquinoline-8-sulfonamide is a synthetic small molecule belonging to the isoquinolines and derivatives class. It is primarily used as a potent and selective inhibitor of casein kinase I (CK1), with much weaker activity against casein kinase II (CK2) and other protein kinases.
