n-acetylcysteine + deferoxamine

A combination of two antioxidant agents used to combat oxidative stress. Deferoxamine (DFX) is a powerful iron chelator that acts as a direct scavenger of superoxide anion and prevents iron-mediated oxidative damage. The combination aims to provide synergistic antioxidant effects by preventing NAC oxidation and the occurrence of Fenton chemistry maintained by iron recycling.
