**N0728** is Eurofarma's oral fixed-dose combination of solifenacin and tamsulosin under Phase 3 evaluation for moderate-to-severe lower urinary tract symptoms associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Solifenacin is an antimuscarinic agent that reduces detrusor overactivity and storage symptoms, while tamsulosin is an alpha-1 adrenergic receptor antagonist that relaxes smooth muscle in the prostate and bladder neck to improve urinary flow and voiding symptoms.
