Drug intelligence / Profile preview
N201 is an autologous T-cell receptor-engineered T-cell (TCR-T) therapy developed by TCRCure Biotech for the treatment of advanced soft tissue sarcomas. The therapy involves genetically modifying a patient's own T cells to express a T-cell receptor specific to the New York esophageal squamous cell carcinoma 1 (NY-ESO-1) antigen, a cancer-testis antigen frequently overexpressed in various malignancies, including synovial sarcoma and myxoid/round cell liposarcoma. Once re-infused, these engineered T cells recognize and eliminate NY-ESO-1-positive tumor cells. N201 is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials.
