The drug is designed to cross the blood-brain barrier and utilizes a proprietary technology platform focused on neurogenesis and neuroprotection. By stimulating the production of new neurons and protecting existing ones from further damage, NA-731 aims to improve recovery outcomes for patients suffering from brain trauma. It is currently in Phase 2A clinical development.
