Overview

BRY101 is an oral, physicochemically modulated formulation of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+, INN: nadide) developed by Bryleos (BioNADrx Holdings). Utilizing the company's proprietary solvent-free LathMize delivery platform, BRY101 alters the supramolecular organization and solution behavior of NAD+ to enhance its stability, bioavailability, and cell permeability without altering its native molecular structure. This formulation is designed to bypass first-pass metabolism and biosynthetic bottlenecks, delivering NAD+ directly to cells to elevate intracellular NAD+ pools. BRY101 is currently in Phase 1b dose-finding clinical development as a medical food for wound healing. Additionally, the formulation has demonstrated preclinical efficacy in increasing spinal cord NAD+ levels in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) models and has been investigated in clinical trials for mitigating substance withdrawal symptoms (including opioids and alcohol).
