Naizilai granules

Naizilai granules are an investigational **Uyghur multi-herb medicine** for common cold, specifically the heat-type common-cold syndrome. The granule formulation is derived from a longstanding clinical formula and contains eight herbal materials: Artemisia rupestris, hyssop, Tianshan violet, lettuce seed, Cordia fruit, chamomile, jujube, and mint. It has completed a Phase II study and has been evaluated in a multicenter randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase III trial for common cold. Its pharmacology is not defined by a single drug target; preclinical work has reported anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity.
