NAL6329 is a transdermal patch formulation of formoterol, a long-acting beta-2 adrenergic receptor agonist (LABA), developed by NAL Pharmaceutical Group. The product is designed as a once-daily (1-day) patch for the treatment of respiratory conditions such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). By utilizing a transdermal delivery system, NAL6329 aims to provide sustained and stable systemic levels of formoterol, potentially offering improved patient compliance and a more consistent therapeutic effect compared to traditional inhaled bronchodilators.
