Nalu-001

Nalu-001 is a code prefix and program designation for a series of small molecule drug candidates developed by Nalu Bio that target the endocannabinoid system (ECS) and G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs). The designation is primarily associated with several early-stage assets, including Nalu-0011, Nalu-0012, and Nalu-0013, which are being investigated for the treatment of metabolic and immune-related disorders. Other programs sharing this prefix include Nalu-0016 (targeted at endometriosis) and Nalu-0017 (targeted at inflammation).
