A combination therapy consisting of nanoliposomal irinotecan (nal-IRI, also known as Onivyde) and temozolomide. Nanoliposomal irinotecan is a pegylated liposomal formulation of irinotecan designed to improve solubility, bioavailability, and blood-brain barrier penetration. This combination has been investigated primarily for recurrent glioblastoma and pediatric solid tumors, particularly Ewing sarcoma.
