NANOPt-Pan

**NANOPt-Pan** is an experimental, self-assembled EGFR-targeted platinum nanomedicine developed for colorectal cancer. It consists of panitumumab modified with dichloro(1,2-diaminocyclohexane)platinum(II), forming nanoparticles intended to combine panitumumab-mediated EGFR blockade and tumor targeting with intracellular release of a cytotoxic platinum species. In colorectal cancer xenograft models, it enhanced tumor accumulation of both the antibody and platinum component and showed antitumor activity.
