Nanoquercetin is a nanoparticle-based formulation of the dietary flavonoid quercetin, designed to overcome the inherent limitations of the parent compound, such as poor aqueous solubility, low bioavailability, and rapid metabolic degradation. Preclinical studies in obesity models demonstrate that nanoquercetin effectively mitigates high-fat diet-induced weight gain, improves lipid profiles, and restores genomic DNA integrity.
