NANT Chordoma Vaccine

**NANT Chordoma Vaccine** is an investigational, multi-agent immuno-oncology regimen studied by ImmunityBio for unresectable chordoma. In the withdrawn QUILT-3.091 phase 1b/2 trial, the regimen combined therapeutic cancer-vaccine components ETBX-051, ETBX-061, and GI-6301 with ALT-803, haNK cells, avelumab, cetuximab, cyclophosphamide, aldoxorubicin hydrochloride, and stereotactic body radiation therapy. The vaccine elements were intended to induce immune responses against tumor-associated antigens including brachyury and MUC1, while the other components were intended to augment innate and adaptive antitumor immunity, inhibit PD-L1 and EGFR signaling, and provide cytotoxic and radiation-based tumor control.
