Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**NANT NSCLC Vaccine** was an investigational, multi-agent combination-immunotherapy protocol for non-small cell lung cancer that had progressed after PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitor treatment. The QUILT-3.044 Phase 1b/2 study combined metronomic chemotherapy and stereotactic radiation with checkpoint inhibitors, anti-VEGF therapy, tumor-antigen vaccines, the IL-15 superagonist ALT-803, and haNK natural-killer cells. Vaccine constituents included adenoviral vectors directed against CEA, HER2, MUC1, and brachyury and yeast-based vaccines directed against mutant RAS, CEA, and brachyury. The registered trial was withdrawn and enrolled zero participants. ([cdek.pharmacy.purdue.edu](https://cdek.pharmacy.purdue.edu/trial/NCT03169738/))
