The **NANT Ovarian Cancer Vaccine** is an investigational, multi-modal cancer immunotherapy that combines *metronomic low-dose chemotherapy*, *radiation therapy*, and multifaceted immunotherapy, including natural killer (NK) cell-based technology, IL-15 superagonist (N-803), adenoviral- and yeast-vectored cancer antigen vaccines, and checkpoint inhibitor therapy. Its mechanism centers on reversing the immune-suppressive tumor microenvironment, inducing immunogenic tumor cell death, and enhancing innate and adaptive immune responses to generate durable anti-tumor activity. The vaccine is personalized using molecular and immune profiling and is being developed for multiple solid tumors, including ovarian cancer, under the QUILT trial program.
