Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Nant-T-cell (NTD-T)** is an autologous T-cell therapy developed by ImmunityBio (formerly NantCell). It consists of patient-derived T cells that are expanded ex vivo and re-infused into the patient to bolster the immune response against malignant cells. NTD-T is typically administered as part of a combination regimen (the "Nant" platform) that includes other immunotherapies such as N-803 (an IL-15 superagonist), natural killer (NK) cell therapies (e.g., haNK), and targeted agents. The therapy is designed to leverage the patient's own adaptive immune system to recognize and eliminate tumor cells, particularly in the context of solid tumors like triple-negative breast cancer and Merkel cell carcinoma.
