Naoxintong (also known as Buchang Naoxintong) is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) compound capsule widely utilized for the treatment and secondary prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, including coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, and ischemic stroke. Developed and manufactured by Shaanxi Buchang Pharmaceutical, the formula consists of 16 distinct herbal and animal-derived components, such as *Astragalus membranaceus*, *Salvia miltiorrhiza*, and *Hirudo nipponica*. Its therapeutic effects are attributed to its ability to improve blood circulation, resolve blood stasis, and supplement 'Qi' according to TCM principles.
