NaQing ZhiMing Tablet (纳清指迷片) is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) candidate developed by Beijing Huayi Shennong Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. for the treatment of mild to moderate vascular dementia. Classified as a Class 1.1 new TCM drug in China, it is specifically indicated for patients presenting with the TCM syndrome of "deficiency of kidney essence and marrow sea." The therapeutic approach is designed to improve cognitive function and provide neuroprotection. A Phase I clinical trial (CTR20201406) was conducted in healthy Chinese volunteers to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetic profile of single and multiple oral doses of the tablet.
