NARIS

NARIS (NAsal Research and Innovation Study) is a project by Aquilon Pharma (formerly Aquoralon Pharmaceuticals) focused on developing innovative, preservative-free nasal spray formulations for the treatment of various forms of rhinitis and rhinosinusitis. The NARIS product line, which includes candidates such as AQ000, AQ001N, and AQ002N, utilizes the 3K® dosing system to maintain sterility without the need for chemical preservatives. These treatments are designed to deliver active pharmaceutical ingredients, including corticosteroids and antihistamines or nasal mucosa protective agents, directly to the nasal cavity. The formulations target both allergic and non-allergic rhinitis as well as rhinosinusitis. The company expects to achieve CE Marking for these products in the first quarter of 2026, indicating a late-stage development or regulatory phase for the European market.
