Overview
**Nasasyn** is a FarmaSyn fixed-dose intranasal spray containing **xylometazoline hydrochloride** and **dexpanthenol**. It is approved in Greece for short-term relief of nasal mucosal congestion. Xylometazoline is a topical sympathomimetic nasal decongestant that constricts blood vessels in the nasal mucosa, while dexpanthenol is converted to pantothenic acid and supports protection, healing, and regeneration of irritated nasal mucosa.
