Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Natelle One is a prescription prenatal multivitamin and mineral supplement containing vitamins, minerals, iron, folic acid, and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) formulated to support the increased nutritional requirements of women before, during, and after pregnancy. It works by supplying essential micronutrients and omega-3 fatty acids to prevent or correct deficiencies and to support normal maternal health and fetal development, rather than by acting on a discrete molecular drug target. Originally marketed in the United States as part of Jazz Pharmaceuticals’ women’s health portfolio and later sold to Meda Pharmaceuticals, Natelle One has been discontinued in at least some formulations but remains representative of prenatal multivitamin products that provide comprehensive nutrient supplementation in a single oral dosage form.[1][2][4][9]
